R Accounting Group

Sheri and Nikki met 18 years ago while working for the same company in Atlanta.  They were both part of the management group responsible for US operations for a global organization.  They worked together for over a decade as their careers took them to different offices, different states, and through three presidents, two acquisitions, and a joint venture.  They both moved on to other opportunities but always maintained their connection ~ which led Nikki to R Accounting Group several years ago.

Head Accountant

I spent a bulk of my career in corporate American functioning as Controller, CFO and COO’s for organizations ranging from start-ups to global entities.  My roles were responsible for all aspects of Accounting Operations and often expanded to include Operations, Payroll, Human Resources, and Information Technology.  During that time, I discovered that my favorite times were when I was engaged in helping our organization grow.  Transitioned to Public Accounting working with a top 50 CPA firm in the Client Accounting Services division which allowed me to work with a portfolio of organizations at various stages of growth with varied needs in the accounting world.

I chose to start my own firm with one single principle in mind:

to provide quality accounting services from a dedicated group of professionals that you can trust.

I use my passion for accounting to help business owners become financially organized, understand your financials and reclaim the time you need to concentrate on your business, and enjoy life.

I spent a lot of my career in the Operations and Customer Relationship Management sector.  Over time, that expanded to include more financial-type responsibilities in Receivables and Treasury Management.  When our paths forked, I went on to become the in-house Accountant for an Engineering firm and became a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
I remember telling Sheri years ago that I wasn’t planning on becoming an Accountant ~ and she was the 1st person I called when I realized

“OMG, I have become an Accountant!!”.

I enjoy working building relationships with my clients and work to provide personal attention to each one.
