We are a team of highly skilled and talented individuals who are passionate about serving our clients and seeing them attain their goals and dreams. We collaborate and communicate with our clients often and proactively work with clients to improve profits and streamline their financial processes.
Our firm was founded by Sheri Radler who, in her career has worked with businesses ranging from start-ups to publicly traded global entities, developing an accounting and organizational expertise that provides her a deeper understanding of what is needed to build a successful business.
Too often, businesses owners are held back by a lack of financial literacy and information regarding financial strategies that could help them grow their profits. Sheri is determined to help her clients fill this gap through direct collaboration on metrics and operational changes designed to fuel growth and build wealth that allows business owners to have the freedom they envisioned when they first dreamt of starting their own business.
As an Intuit Elite ProAdvisor and the 2023 Top Up-and-Coming ProAdvisor as named by Insightful Accountants, Sheri has the skills to implement systems that allow her clients to leverage their position and utilize their financial information to drive results. Additionally, she spends time working within the community as a trainer with the QB Express Seminar system.
Nikki Mullins
Nikki is a highly skilled professional with a background in customer service management and a passion for accounting. She serves as the Director of Client Services at R Accounting, responsible for team management to ensure the smooth interactions with client operations. Her expertise in bookkeeping is recognized by her certification as a Certified Professional Bookkeeper with the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. This certification validates her knowledge and proficiency in various bookkeeping tasks and principles.
Additionally, Nikki is a Certified Intuit Pro-Advisor, indicating her specialization in using Intuit’s accounting software to assist business owners with their accounting needs. As a Pro-Advisor, she excels in optimizing bookkeeping processes, streamlining financial tasks, and offering valuable guidance to business owners.
Nikki's transition from a customer service manager to an accounting career demonstrates her commitment to helping business owners achieve their aspirations. After our Clarity Call, if a fit, we will start off by conducting a paid diagnostic review. This allows us to examine your (current) books and business structure. From there, we can understand how to serve you best, provide next steps and recommend service offerings with a customized quote.
